Effective October 26, 2026
Privacy notice.
This notice explains how Dallas Bakery uses information submitted through its wholesale website and the Dallas Bakery Wholesale app.
Information we collect
We collect the contact, business, storefront, and delivery-location details you provide when you apply; account-review notes and approval status; the orders you place, including what you ordered, where it shipped, purchase-order numbers, and invoice and payment status; messages you send us about an order; and technical information used to keep the service secure, such as sign-in attempts.
If you use the Dallas Bakery Wholesale app, we also store a push-notification token for your device, together with the notification choices you make in the app. The app does not collect your location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers.
Payment cards
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered directly into Stripe’s secure form, on our website or in the app, and is never sent to or stored by Dallas Bakery. If you choose to save a card, Stripe stores it and we keep only a reference to it.
How we use it
We use this information to confirm wholesale eligibility, review and support your account, create approved company and delivery-location records, price and fulfill orders, ship them, send invoices, order updates, and sign-in codes, prevent misuse, and communicate about your wholesale relationship.
If you agreed to hear about new products and offers, we may also email you about them. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect order, invoice, or account email.
Service providers
We share information only with the providers that run the wholesale program, and only what each needs for its role:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, the apps’ server, and the database.
- Stripe processes card payments and stores saved cards.
- UPS receives the shipping name, address, and phone number for each delivery.
- Resend delivers our email, including sign-in codes, order updates, and invoices.
- Expo delivers app push notifications to your device.
- Smarty and Google check that an applicant’s address and business listing are commercial.
- OpenAI searches the web for an applicant’s business name, kind of business, address, and website, to help us confirm it is an operating business. Contact names, email addresses, and phone numbers are not sent.
Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Retention and protection
We retain records for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate or service an account, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Closing your account
You can close your wholesale account at any time from the app’s account screen. Closing it erases your business and contact details, saved delivery addresses, saved card, standing orders, exclusive prices, device registrations, and marketing-list entry. We keep past orders, including the name and address they shipped to, and any unpaid invoice, because those are business and tax records we are required to keep.
Your choices
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, email sales@dallasbakery.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes.
